Gold ring prices edge up to record VND100 million per tael
VOV.VN - Domestic gold ring prices surged in line with global trends, breaking previous records to reach VND100 million per tael as of 11 a.m. on March 19.
Bao Tin Manh Hai Company listed gold rings at VND98.35 million per tael for buying and VND100 million per tael for selling, up VND900,000 and VND850,000 per tael, respectively, from the previous session.
At Bao Tin Minh Chau Co., Ltd., gold ring prices stood at VND98.45 million per tael for buying and VND100 million per tael for selling.
Saigon Gold and Jewelry Company also adjusted its gold ring prices to VND97.8 million per tael for buying and VND99.3 million per tael for selling, an increase of VND300,000.
Meanwhile, SJC gold bar prices at Saigon Gold and Jewelry Company rose by approximately VND200,000 from the previous session, reaching VND98 million per tael for buying and VND99.4 million per tael for selling.
As domestic gold prices climbed, global gold prices also soared to around US$3,034 per ounce, setting a new record.
