Among the rewardees recognized for their contribution to the country’s socio-economic development were Vo Sy Dong, General Director of the Vietnam Paper Corporation and Nguyen Ngoc Nam, Director of the Tien Giang Food Company.

The “Thang Long Intelligence” programme was launched by the Vietnam Association of Young Scientists and Engineers (VAYSE), the Vietnam Intellectual Property Association, and the Vietnam Culture and Information Jointstock Company to honour business people who have developed their businesses in a sustainable way with a high sense of responsibility for environemental protection and charity work.

In addition, there will be awards for 1,000 excellent enterprises and products. The list of the awardees will be announced in August.
