The Hanoi Real Estate Transaction Centre under the Municipal Department of Natural Resources and Environment opened an E-real estate trading floor on May 20.
The floor will provide the latest information about the development of the real estate market and related projects. It will link with other floors in Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang to update its information.
Nguyen Van Minh, a centre director, said that one year after the centre was put into operation, it successfully carried out two auctions to build villas and garden houses in My Dinh and new residential areas in Tu Liem district.
It also provides consultants for urban development plans and scale of real estate projects in Hanoi to more than 230 domestic and foreign individuals and organizations. Furthermore, the centre collects data and helps the municipal People’s Committee manage projects and evaluate supply and demand and forecasts real estate development trends.
