Now in its latest edition, the forum continues to serve as a strategic meeting ground for Vietnam's fast-growing e-commerce and digital technology sectors. The event covers global e-commerce trends, cross-border opportunities, and tools to enhance the nation’s digital trade competitiveness.

The presence of global tech and logistics leaders gives Vietnamese firms direct access to cutting-edge solutions for optimising supply chains, improving logistics operations, and enhancing marketing strategies within the e-commerce landscape.

A series of thematic conferences will run alongside the forum, featuring expert insights from leading platform representatives on cross-border e-commerce, export strategies to markets including the United States, Europe, China, and ASEAN, as well as innovations in logistics and supply chain technology.

According to the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Vietnam’s e-commerce market is booming, valued at US$25 billion in 2024, a 20% year-on-year increase, ranking among the top three markets in Southeast Asia.

With this momentum, the 2025 forum is expected to serve as a strategic dialogue platform and a catalyst to help Vietnamese enterprises scale up, strengthen their brands, attract investment, and compete more effectively on the global digital stage.
