CyberAgent Ventures backs Vietnam housekeeping company

CyberAgent Ventures, which has invested in nearly 20 startups in Vietnam since 2008, has pledged funding for another local Internet business, news website Bao Dau Tu reported on January 20.

The value of the Japanese-owned venture capital firm's funding for housekeeping services provider Jupviec.vn was not revealed, it said.

Nguyen Manh Dung, representative of CyberAgent Ventures, was quoted as saying that it will help the business raise more money so it can expand its activities not only in Vietnam but also other Southeast Asian countries.
