Autumn Fair 2025 expands opportunities for trade, business connection

The first Autumn Fair 2025, taking place in Hanoi from October 26 to November 4, has seen record-breaking visitor numbers and a significant surge in purchasing power, resulting in substantial revenue for participating businesses.

More importantly, it serves as a golden opportunity for companies to promote their products, connect with consumers, and network with both domestic and foreign partners.

With these initial successes, the fair is gradually establishing itself as a professional trade promotion event, providing domestic businesses with a platform to showcase their competitive capabilities and enter the global value chain.

According to preliminary statistics, in the first five days, the fair attracted hundreds of thousands of visitors each day. The high number of visitors is, of course, a positive sign for the businesses participating in the fair. Constantly busy with customers, the owner of ‘Com Moc Huyen’ shared: “In just a few days, our booth's revenue has exceeded VND100 million (US$3,800). I'm so happy because not only have we made a great profit, but we've also introduced our traditional ‘com’ (young rice) brand to many new customers."

Doan Phuong Tram, a representative of Dong Quang Trading Co., Ltd., expressed her delight to welcome many international visitors to the company’s booth.

Currently, Dong Quang’s premium aluminum profile products are mainly distributed domestically to dealers and contractors. The company hopes to expand into international markets in the near future, and this fair clearly provides an opportunity to meet potential partners, strengthen cooperation, and promote Vietnam’s high-quality processed products to the world.

Another highlight of this year’s Autumn Fair is the variety of engaging experiences it offers visitors, creating a unique space where culture and commerce blend harmoniously. Among the attractions is the “Quintessence of Hanoi Autumn” area, which gathers around 30 artisans specialising in pottery, horn crafts, ‘to he’ figurines, and other traditional handicrafts from Hanoi’s traditional craft villages.

According to the organisers, the fair is not merely a commercial exhibition but a strategic trade promotion event aimed at boosting exports, imports, and international economic integration. For this reason, one of the fair’s most notable highlights is the international pavilion area, which brings together hundreds of enterprises from various countries and territories around the world.

Among them, the Chinese business delegation stands out, with nearly 100 companies and 47 booths. Their displays feature a wide range of products, from high technology, manufacturing, and construction materials to consumer goods and agricultural products. This area has drawn significant attention from visitors, especially Vietnamese businesses operating in manufacturing, materials, and supporting industries.

Within the framework of the fair, more than 30 trade promotion events, supply–demand connection sessions, business networking conferences and thematic forums were held, focusing on key sectors of the economy.

The organisers reported that the fair has so far recorded more than 100 cooperation agreements and memoranda of understanding (MoUs) between Vietnamese businesses and international partners in diverse sectors, including investment, trade, technology transfer, supply chain development and export collaboration, opening up new prospects for Vietnam’s international economic integration.
