ASEAN Furniture & Interior Exhibition underway in RoK
The ASEAN Furniture & Interior Exhibition is taking place at the Korea International Exhibition Centre (KINTEX) in Ilsan city, Gyeonggi province, from August 29 to September 2.

Sixty companies from seven ASEAN member countries namely Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore and Thailand are taking part in the event.
Jointly held by the ASEAN-Korea Centre and Korea Federation of Furniture Industry, the exhibition enables ASEAN wood furniture producers to seek business opportunities with Korean customers.
According to Secretary General of the ASEAN-Korea Centre Lee Hyuk, the demand for ASEAN timber and interior products in the RoK is increasing thanks to reasonable prices and convenience.
He believed that ASEAN wood products would be able to make inroads into the Korean market soon.
Within the exhibition, ASEAN exporters of timber products will have an opportunity to meet with Korean and international customers to expand their business network.
