Argentinean businesses keen on Vietnamese goods
(VOV) -Many Argentinean enterprises have shown their interest in Vietnamese goods at a business forum recently held in the framework of the Science and Technology and Industry Fair in Quilmes district, Buenos Aires province, Argentina.
Nguyen Thi Thanh Van, Commercial Attache of Vietnamese embassy and representatives of embassies of Southeast Asian nations in Argentina discussed business opportunities with Argentinean partners.
Many Argentinean enterprises worked with Vietnamese partners on imports of chemicals, cement, machinery researched Vietnam’s Investment Law regarding medicine and electronic equipment manufacturing.
By August, two-way trade between two nations hit US$1.7 billion of which, Vietnam exported nearly US$217 million worth of goods to Argentina , up 74%, while its imports were US$1.49 billion, a rise of 23%.
