VOV.VN - Businesses from China, Japan, the Republic of Korea, Australia and other countries will showcase agricultural machinery, equipment and technologies at the International Agricultural Trade Fair (AgroViet 2026), scheduled to take place in Hanoi from November 12 to 15.
The Vietnam Agricultural Trade Promotion Centre (Agritrade), under the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment, announced the event at a press briefing on November 2.
More than 250 booths representing over 100 domestic and foreign businesses are expected to participate, including exhibitors from China, Japan, the Republic of Korea, Australia and ASEAN countries, said Nguyen Minh Tien, director of Agritrade.
Foreign exhibitors will display a range of products, including agricultural machinery, fertilisers, seeds, crop protection products, livestock and aquaculture equipment, greenhouse supplies and agricultural packaging.
A dedicated international exhibition area covering more than 1,000 square metres will feature agricultural machinery and supplies, post-harvest processing technologies and environmental protection equipment.
A new highlight of this year's fair is an exhibition space for science and technology products and innovative start-ups.
Organised by the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment, the four-day event is expected to attract around 20,000 visitors and business representatives, according to Agritrade.
A conference to connect domestic and international agricultural suppliers and buyers is also scheduled for November 12.
