300 international suppliers to partake in SaigonFabric Summer 2023
VOV.VN - Vietnam Saigon Fabric & Garment Accessories and Industry Expo (SaigonFabric Summer) 2023 is scheduled to take place from July 26 to 29 at the Saigon Exhibition & Convention Center in Ho Chi Minh City.
As many as 300 suppliers from China, Germany, Hong Kong (China), Pakistan, India, Taiwan (China), Thailand, and Vietnam are set to participate in the large-scale international garment and textile expo.
Participants will be given the chance to experience cutting-edge products and services provided by both domestic and foreign manufacturers operating in the textile and garment industry.
The highlight of the four-day expo will be an exclusive "Made in Vietnam" space which features nearly 100 companies showcasing Vietnamese fibers, fabrics, and textile materials.
The event will also include a "Business Matching" area to connect suppliers, brands, and potential buyers throughout the country, such as Gap, Puma, Nike, Adidas, Decathlon, PVH (Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein), Colombia, H&M, Li & Fung, Asmara, and Centric.
Specialised seminars will be organised to provide market insights and shed light on the latest technology trends in the industry, with the participation of leading experts.
The export turnover of the Vietnamese textile and garment industry reached US$44.5 billion in 2022, marking a 10% increase compared to 2021. The industry aims to raise its export earnings to US$50 billion to US$52 billion in 2025 and US$68 billion to US$70 billion in 2030.
