According to the KCNA, the head of the DPRK delegation of the north-south talks of general level sent a notice to the south side on Sunday to bring forward this warning.

The anti-DPRK psychological war is "anti-nation move" and goes against the common wish of the whole nation to open a new phase of peaceful unification and national prosperity through dialogue and negotiation, the notice stressed.

The notice asked the RoK to realize the serious situation and stop the anti-DPRK psychological war immediately. "If the south side continues its psychological war, the army of the DPRK will directly smash the RoK base of psychological war", the notice warned.

According to the KCNA, some anti-DPRK organizations, congressmen and military of the RoK spread mass of leaflets, DVD, booklets, soft money of one dollar through balloon to shake the socialistic system and overthrow the faith of the army and people of the DPRK on the occasion of RoK-US combined exercise named "Key Resolution" and "Condor" to be held from February 28 to March 10. The psychological war is vain and will never prevail, said the KCNA.
