Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong joined National Assembly members in Hanoi in a meeting with voters from Ba Dinh, Hoan Kiem and Tay Ho districts on March 8.

Nguyen Thien Nhan, Politburo member and President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee (VFFCC) was introduced as a candidate for the election of deputies to the 14th National Assembly and People’s Councils at all levels for 2016-2021.

The 46th session of the National Assembly (NA) Standing Committee opened in Hanoi on March 7, expecting to complete preparations for the 11th meeting of the 13th NA scheduled for this month.
