NA members debates revised law on technology transfer

VOV.VN - The 14th National Assembly Standing Committee gave opinions on the law on amendments and supplements to some articles of the law regarding technology transfer on September 19 at its ongoing 3rd session. 

16 of 61 articles in the 2006 law on technology transfer will be revised.

National Assembly (NA) Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan underlined the need to promote the effectiveness and correct the shortcomings of the law on technology transfer after 10 years of enforcement to make it adequate to Vietnam’s modern development era.

She said she welcome the idea of tightening the state management of technology.

The same day, committee members commented on the draft resolution on regulations on making, verifying and submitting to the National Assembly the State budget estimates, central budget allocation plans and for approval of the State budget balance.
