Major draft laws under NA deputies' discussion
(VOV) -On April 15, full-time National Assembly (NA) deputies debated important draft laws to be dealt with at the NA's upcoming 9th session in late May.
NA Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung asked full time NA deputies to carefully consider and give opinions on the draft laws.
During the first session as part of the-three-day meeting, deputies scrutinized the contents of the draft law on legal document issuance, which was appraised at the NA's 8th session in late 2014 and the recent meeting of the NA Standing Committee.
The Standing Committee underlined the need to give district authorities the right to issue legal documents to ensure these documents meet local conditions.
Four draft laws being debated at the conference include the draft law on issuing legal documents, the revised law on government organization, the revised law on the organization of local administration and the revised law on state budget.
The discussion of the revised Law on the Organization of Local Administration will be broadcast live in 63 cities and provinces.
