The Vietnam Construction Investment and Export-Import Corporation (Constrexim Holdings) will pour more capital into building warehouses for lease in Marianske and Brno as part of its strategy to expand investment in the Czech Republic.

The investment is a follow on to the company's successful construction of villas and high-rise apartment buildings in the country, said Nguyen Quoc Hiep, General Director of Constrexim Holdings, which is Vietnam's first business to invest in the Czech real estate market.

The move is also expected to help Constrexim promote its trademark abroad, particularly when the corporation joins the stock exchange, he said.

Constrexim Holdings has set a target of US$140 million in revenue with a profit of more than US$2 million this year.
