Vietnam’s Friendship Order bestowed upon Chinese Ambassador

VOV.VN - Deputy Foreign Minister Le Hoai Trung on February 12 awarded Friendship Order, a noble distinction of the Vietnamese State, to Chinese Ambassador to Vietnam Hong Xiaoyong in Hanoi.

This is in recognition of the Chinese diplomat's positive contributions to Vietnam-China comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership during his term of office in Vietnam.

Earlier, Hong Xiaoyong was also honoured with the insignia “For Peace and Friendship among Nations”, the most notable reward of the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organisations (VUFO), for his contributions to boosting ties between the two nations.
