Vietnamese State leader congratulates President Vladimir Putin

VOV.VN - State President Tran Dai Quang on March 19 sent a congratulatory letter to Vladimir Putin on his re-election as President of Russia.

Earlier, General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee Nguyen Phu Trong also sent a message to congratulate the re-elected President.

Vladimir Putin is to have another six years in power after notching up a convincing victory on March 18 with 76.66% of the vote in favour.
