Vietnam values ties with China

Dinh The Huynh, Permanent member of the Party Central Committee's Secretariat made the statement at a reception in Hanoi on October 5 for Chinese Ambassador to Vietnam, Hong Xiaoyong.

Huynh suggested that both sides should continue intensifying the exchange of high level visits and people-to-people exchanges and expressed his hope that the China Embassy in  Vietnam will uphold its role as coordinator between Chinese and Vietnamese agencies to contribute to bilateral ties.

Ambassador Hong said the Chinese Party, State, and People attach great importance to their relationship with Vietnam and hope both countries will redouble efforts to step up practical cooperation to propel their partnership forward.
