Sympathy to Japan over heavy rains
VOV.VN - Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh sent on July 10 a message of sympathy to Japan’s Minister for Foreign Affairs Fumio Kishida over huge human and economic losses caused by torrential rains.
