The Prime Minister landed at the Chinggis Kha Airport in Ulaanbaatar where he was greeted by Vietnam Ambassador Phan Dang Duong and other staff of the Vietnam Embassy in Mongolia along with a contingent of Mongolian political leaders.
His visit opens later in the afternoon when he's greeted by PM J Erdenebat at the Chinggis Khan Square in Ulaanbaatar. The two PMs will hold talks and witness signing of some important documents.
During his visit, PM Phuc plans to meet with the Mongolian President and National Assembly Chairman, hold a town hall meeting with businesses and attend a Vietnam-Mongolia Business Forum.
On July 15-16, PM Phuc will attend the 11th Asia-Europe Meeting (ASEM), an informal process of dialogue and cooperation bringing together the 28 European Union member states, 2 other European countries, and the European Union with 21 Asian countries and the ASEAN Secretariat.
