NA Vice Chairman hosts Laos Justice Minister
National Assembly Vice Chairman Uong Chu Luu received the visiting Lao Minister of Justice Xaysy Santivong in Hanoi on June 2.
During the reception, the host remarked that the Vietnamese NA and Government always support and create the most favourable conditions for the justice ministries of Vietnam and Laos to enhance cooperation and mutual support, thus boosting links between the two nations.
He highlighted the enhanced relations between Vietnam and Laos, saying that this contributes practically to implementing joint statements and high-level agreements signed by the two countries.
Vietnam will do its utmost to deepen bilateral relations, he stressed.
For his part, Xaysy Santivong reported on the outcomes of talks between the two ministries to his host, expressing his hope that Vietnam will continue sharing experience in the judicial field with Laos.
