Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán concludes Vietnam visit
Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán on September 26 concluded a successful official visit to Vietnam as guest of his Vietnamese counterpart Nguyen Xuan Phuc.

During the talks and meetings, the two sides agreed to instruct their ministries and agencies to actively implement outcomes reached at the 7th meeting of the Joint Committee on Economic Cooperation held in Budapest last March.
Vietnam welcomed the increase of Hungary’s scholarships for Vietnamese students to 200 each year from the next academic year.
The two sides reached consensus in accelerating the signing of an MoU on defence cooperation between their defence ministries.
They applauded the signing of several documents on bilateral cooperation on information and communication technology, culture, agriculture and vocational training during the visit.
The two PMs also co-chaired a joint press conference and issued a joint statement on the occasion of the Hungarian PM’s visit.
