HCM City Party Secretary receives US diplomat
The Secretary of Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, Dinh La Thang, on June 27 hosted a reception for Rena Bitter, US Consul General in Ho Chi Minh City who came to bid farewell at the end of her tenure.

He also took the occasion to thank the Consul General for her part in arranging for President Barrack Obama’s successful trip to the city last month.
Thang wished Bitter success in her new position and expressed his belief that she will continue contributing to the Vietnam-US relationship.
