HCM City hosts tripartite development summit
(VOV) - The 7th Cambodia-Laos-Vietnam Development Triangle Area Summit will be held in Ho Chi Minh City on October 19-20, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The meeting, to be co-chaired by the Prime Ministers of Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam, will see the participation of the leaders of several ministries, agencies and localities, as well as businesses of the three countries.
The delegates will discuss a tripartite cooperation mechanism to speed up socio-economic development programmes in the region, and the implementation of the Cambodia-Laos-Vietnam master plan until 2020.
The summit takes place every two years.
