Vietnam wants to learn from France’s experiences in increasing the effectiveness of local administration and closely linking central and local authorities, Ly said.
He also thanked the French Government for the technical assistance it has offered Vietnam’s legislature.
Senator Gérard Miquel, Vice Chairman of the France-Vietnam Friendship Parliamentary Group, praised Vietnam’s remarkable achievements in socio-economic development and law reform. He also suggested Vietnam should simplify legal documents to enhance the efficiency of law enforcement.
