FM receives Thai and Filipino Ambassadors
VOV.VN - Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh has expressed his delight at continuous improvement of strategic partnership between Vietnam and Thailand.

At a reception for Thai Ambassador to Vietnam, Manopchai Vongphakdi on May 31, Minh suggested both sides should accelerate the implementation of their 3rd joint cabinet meeting’s statement to mark the 40th anniversary of diplomatic ties this August.
The Thai Ambassador announced Thai government’s donation of 100,000 dollars to help Vietnam overcome consequences of drought and salt intrusion in the south.
Meeting with Filipino Ambassador Noel Servigon, the Deputy PM said Vietnam wants to strengthen ties with the Philippines for peace, stability and prosperity.
He called for the drafting of a program of actions to promote bilateral strategic partnership.
