European Council President to visit Vietnam
(VOV) - The President of the European Council Herman Van Rompuy and his wife will begin an official visit to Vietnam from October 31 to November 2.
The visit was made at the invitation of President Truong Tan Sang, according to a communiqué released by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on October 25.
