Congratulations to re-elected Japanese leaders

National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan also congratulated Tadamori Oshima, who was re-elected as Speaker of the House of Representatives in the Japanese Diet. 

The same day, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh cabled a message of greetings to Taro Kono, who was re-appointed as Japanese Foreign Minister.
