VOV.VN - Vietnamese leaders on March 17 extended congratulatory messages to their Chinese counterparts on their election during the first session of the 13th National People’s Congress.

President Tran Dai Quang extended a message of congratulation to Xi Jinping on his re-election as President of the People's Republic of China, and Chairman of the Central Military Commission.

National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan congratulated Li Zhanshu, who was elected as Chairman of the 13th National People’s Congress (NPC) Standing Committee.

Vice President Dang Thi Ngoc Thinh extended a message of congratulation to Wang Qishan who was elected as Vice President of China.
