VOV.VN - Party General Secretary and President Nguyen Phu Trong on November 18 extended a message of congratulations to Nandasena Gotabaya Rajapaksa on his election as President of Sri Lanka.
Vietnam and Sri Lanka established diplomatic ties in 1970. Both nations countries are aiming for US$1 billion in two-way trade next year.
