Congratulations on DPRK's Independence Day
VOV.VN - Vietnamese senior leaders have sent congratulatory messages to their counterparts on the 68th Independence Day of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (September 9).
State President Tran Dai Quang on September 8 sent a congratulatory message to President of the Presidium of the Supreme People’s Assembly Kim Yong Nam.
On the occasion, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc also cabled congratulations to his counterpart Pak Pong Ju.Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh extended greetings to Foreign Minister Ri Yong Ho.
