VOV.VN - On September 1, Vietnamese President Tran Dai Quang extended a message of congratulations to his Egyptian counterpart, Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi, on the 55th anniversary of Vietnam-Egypt diplomatic ties (Sept. 1, 1963 - Sept. 1, 2018).

The same day, Deputy Prime Minister cum Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh sent a congratulatory message to Egyptian Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry.
