Congratulations conveyed to Ukrainian leaders
(VOV) - Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung on December 14 conveyed his congratulations to Mykola Azarov, who was re-appointed as Ukrainian Prime Minister.
The same day, National Assembly Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung also sent a message of congratulations to newly-elected Ukrainian Parliament Speaker Vladimir Rybak.
