Congratulation to France on 228th National Day
VOV.VN - President Tran Dai Quang on July 11 sent a congratulatory message to French President Emmanuel Macron on the 228th anniversary of France’s National Day (July 14, 1789).
Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc also extended congratulations to his French counterpart Edouard Philippe.
The same day, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh congratulated Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs Jean-Yves Le Drian.
