The Ministry of Education and Training has introduced “The world biggest lesson” into 64 cities and provinces nationwide to mark the Global Action Week for Education (April 21-27).

In the lesson themed “Quality Education for All,” the Thang Long junior secondary schools’ pupils raised many questions about the quality of education, illiteracy among adults, and why children cannot go to school.

In preparation for the lesson, teachers, pupils and parents had to collect materials about the education situation in their localities. Their archives for the lesson will be used to address local issues.

The lesson took place in 120 other countries in the world on April 23.
