Vice Chairwoman of the Hanoi Municipal People’s Committee, Ngo Thi Thanh Hang said that the event aims to encourage people from all walks of life to take part in cultural activities and environmental protection in the lead up to the national anniversary.

The program is being held by Hanoi’s Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism in collaboration with the Vietnam Sports Newspaper.
