The contest is aimed at encouraging young people to apply information technology in a constructive and socially useful way.

Domestic and foreign Vietnamese individuals, bodies and author groups are allowed to enter. They must have their own blogs whose content conforms to Vietnamese traditions.

After registering www.blogvn-voting.com or www.e-voting.vn, the examination commission will mark and present prizes, based on the voting results from readers. Blogs eligible for the competition should have interesting subjects and new ideas, creative and varied content, high page views and comments and a constructive and socially useful role aiming at serving for our community.

Registration for the event began on December 7, 2007 and will run until February 29, 2008. Prizes will be presented on March 26, 2008.
