The event was organised by the Vietnam Association in Support of Disabled People and Orphans in coordination with the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs and Vietnam Television.

It took place on the occasion of Vietnam’s Day for the Disabled (April 18) with the aim of assisting handicapped people and orphans in rural and remote areas.

During the programme, participants had the opportunity to witness examples of overcoming difficulties and integrating into the local community.

The organising board received VND9.6 billion which it handed over to the Vietnam Association in Support of Disabled People and Orphans.
