Violinist Bui Cong Duy will perform works composed by Tchaikovsky and Bach as part of the Giai Dieu Mua Xuan (Melody of Spring) concert at Hanoi Opera House on April 8.
The concert will be conducted by Nguyen Thieu Hoa, along with artist Nguyen Trong Binh and the Hanoi Symphony Orchestra.
Violinist Bui Cong Duy began playing violin when he was 4 years old with the guidance of his father, artist Bui Cong Thanh, who had studied and taught in Ho Chi Minh City and Russia. Duy has garnered numerous domestic and international awards.
