A cavalcade of vintage vehicles will take place on October 28 in Hanoi to raise funds for orphans in SOS village.

Nguyen Dinh Thanh, director of the Sofitel Metropole Hanoi said that the procession is being organised for the first time by the Sofitel Metropole Hanoi, the Euro Auto Joint Stock Company, the Hanoi Sports Bicycle and Motorbike Association and Italian Fashion Company Le Perla.

The event will showcase 10 vintage Citroens and Peugeots manufactured in France in 1930 and a number of vintage motorbikes. These old vehicles first appeared in Hanoi in the early 1950s.

The event will enable vintage vehicle owners to meet each other and encourage them to preserve the beauty and workmanship of these mechanical works of art.
