Nearly 200 photographs, artifacts and traditional costumes have been displayed at an exhibition entitled “Vietnam’s cultural space” at the Vietnamese Cultural Centre in France.

Many photos of Vietnam’s beautiful landscapes include Ha Long Bay, My Son, Hoi An town, and Hue City. In addition, traditional costumes and handicrafts made by ethnic minority people give French visitors the opportunity to learn more about Vietnam’s land and people.

Speaking at the opening ceremony on April 18, the director of the Vietnamese Cultural Centre, Pham Xuan Sinh, expressed his hope that the event would strengthen the friendship and mutual understanding between Vietnam and France as well as help overseas Vietnamese people in France understand more about their homeland.
