The programme is part of an agreement on youth cooperation between the RoK Ministry for Health, Welfare and Family Affairs and the Vietnam National Committee on Youth in the 2009-2013 period. It aims to promote the cooperation of the two countries’ young people and strengthen their mutual understanding.

The visit to RoK is also a good opportunity for Vietnamese youths to introduce their state, people and culture.
