The event will include traditional rural markets, and a flower festival featuring bonsai trees, peaches from the north-western region, orchids from the south and kumquats from Nhat Tan village in Hanoi.

Goods and commodities will be showcased in more than 200 pavilions, meeting the consumers’ shopping demands for the Tet holiday.

During the event, there will be folk games including traditional wrestling, Chinese chess, human chess, and go-chess.

The event is sponsored by the Ministry of Culture and Information, the Vietnam Central Committee’s Ideology and Culture Commission, the Hanoi People’s Committee, and National Committee for Physical Training and Sports.
