An exhibition of contemporary paintings spotlighting Vietnamese culture opened in Finland’s capital Helsinki on June 9.
The exhibition is being held during celebrations of the 35th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties between Vietnam and Finland and Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Sinh Hung’s visit to the country from June 11-14.
The opening day of the exhibition drew 200 visitors, including foreign diplomats and overseas Vietnamese in the European country.
Visitors to the exhibition have praised the paintings, including lacquer and oil paintings.
The art show will close on June 18.
