Vietnamese supermodel Ngo Tien Doan, who won the Mr International 2008 contest in Taiwan, has been selected as a judge for the final round of Mr Venezuela International on April 30.

Doan, who will arrive fly to Venezuela next Saturday to join various sidelines activities of the competition, said that he is proud to be the first Vietnamese to play such a role in “the world’s beauty cradle” and he hopes to promote Vietnam’s image through the event.

“I think there is no boundary in viewing beauty,” he said as comparing aesthetic conception between the East and the West. “A beautiful man is the one with a strong, well-proportioned body, a self-confident face, a profound stock of knowledge and a humane heart… I believe I will well fulfil this task,” Doan said.

The contest started early this month; candidates have already competed in swimsuit, traditional costume and Q & A events. The winner will represent Venezuela at the Mr International competition scheduled for October this year.

Model Doan, who also won the Best Body title at Manhunt International 2007, will be conducting his mission as Mr International 2008 in Singapore until the end of this year.
