This was part of activities in the framework of a program to promote Vietnam’s tourism industry.

The meeting attracted Vietnamese diplomats, overseas Vietnamese, journalists and representatives from travel agents in Sri Lanka.

Addressing the event, Vietnamese ambassador to Sri Lanka, Ton Sinh Thanh emphasized the importance of voting for Ha Long Bay to enhance the image of Vietnam to international friends, he said.
