“Following the success of the first festival in 2006, we organise the 2007 event in the hope of garnering more support to projects that the Italy-based Organisation for Unity and Cooperation for the Development of the People (UCODEP) is implementing to help the poor in Vietnam,” said organiser Corrado Ruggeri, who is a prominent Italian journalist.
