Addressing the opening ceremony in Tours city, Mayor Jean Germain highlighted Vietnam’s image as a potential, dynamic and determined nation ready to rise on the international arena.

According to the mayor, a cooperation agreement will be signed in the next few weeks between Tours city where President Ho Chi Minh attended the Tours Congress in 1920 and Nghe An city – his homeland.

Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Hoang Tuan Anh attended the event as part of his visit to France.
