An agreement to this effect was signed in Hanoi on December 29 between the Kim Dong Publishing House and the Danish Embassy in Vietnam.

The project will focus on improving the capacity of writers and painters of literature for children through seminars and creative camps.

The Danish Embassy will also donate 3.49 million Krona to a project to assist the teaching of arts at primary education level in Vietnam. The Teachers' Training College of the northern province of Thai Nguyen was selected for the project. A co-operation agreement in this connection was signed on December 30.
