"Bep am" (Warm Cooking Fire) by Nguyen Thanh Thao, and "Mot som tren song" (Early Morning on the River) by Le Chau Dao, were awarded among 2,000 entries from 34 countries and territories.

Another Vietnamese photographer - Duong Thanh Xuan - also won a high prize at the Sagamihara photo contest in Japan in June this year.
